Cancellations & Refunds

Reservations are confirmed with receipt of check or credit card payment for the total lodging cost. 

Cancellations: if 30 days or more from arrival date, a refund of the total amount paid, minus a $50 handling fee, will be returned. Within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
