COVID - 19 UPDATE
It is our top priority to make sure our cottages are sanitized, cleaned, and disinfected prior to guest arrival. During this time, we are working hard to make sure that our housekeeping standards are in line with those of the CDC. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed with receipt of check or credit card for the total lodging charge. When you book on this page, you will be emailed an invoice from Square to pay by credit card. We will be happy to take a check if we receive it at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. If you would like to pay by check, tell us in the Comment section below and we will email you an invoice.
cottages
$189 per night (plus 6% hotel tax, NO service or Cleaning fees). A 2-night minimum stay is required. the rate is $250 per night Mid september through october (plus 6% hotel tax, no service or cleaning fees).
Built for two but spacious enough for four, each Cottage has 1 bedroom, living area, bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living area has a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully equipped with the basic necessities. For the coffee lovers, a variety of Independence Coffee Co. frac packs are included.

Cancellations & Refunds
Reservations are confirmed with receipt of check or credit card payment for the total lodging cost.
Cancellations: if 30 days or more from arrival date, a refund of the total amount paid, minus a $50 handling fee, will be returned. Within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If cancellations are related to COVID, we will refund 100% of the total paid.
